Absolutely. All caregivers undergo training before providing services and receive ongoing education throughout their employment.

In addition to general caregiving skills, our caregivers receive client-specific training to ensure they are prepared to meet the unique needs, preferences, and care plans of each individual they serve.

We also provide specialised dementia care training to equip our caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to support individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Our commitment to continuous education helps us deliver the highest quality care to every client.

All caregivers undergo a thorough screening process that includes:

• Reference verification
• Employment history review
• Credential and certification verification (when applicable)

Services can begin as soon as the next business day.

Once the initial assessment has been completed and the required retainer fee has been received, our team works quickly to develop a personalised care plan and match the client with an appropriate caregiver.

Yes. Every client and family is assigned a dedicated Family Care Coordinator who serves as a consistent point of contact throughout their care journey.

Your Family Care Coordinator will:

• Conduct regular weekly check-ins
• Assist with scheduling and schedule changes
• Address caregiver concerns or issues
• Provide ongoing communication and support
• Help ensure care needs are being met
• Coordinate services and updates with the family

This personalised approach allows us to build stronger relationships with families while ensuring continuity, accountability, and exceptional service. 

Yes. We accept Long-Term Care Insurance and will assist with submitting claims and required documentation to eligible insurance providers.

Our team is happy to help families understand the documentation needed and guide them through the claims process whenever possible.
