Meet our Founders
Glinda Lee - Co-Founder & Owner
I'm Glinda Lee, a proud mother of five and a loving Gigi to seven wonderful grandchildren. With more than 21 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate, respectful care to individuals with diverse needs.
I began my journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), advanced to become a Medication Technician (Med-Tech), and now serve as a Human Resources Assistant while pursuing my nursing degree. My passion has always been helping others live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
That passion led me to help establish T&G Caring Hands LLP, where we are committed to delivering personalised, high-quality home care that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. I believe caring is more than a profession; it is a calling. Every client is treated like family, with the compassion, respect, and support they deserve.
Anjel Rosenthal - Co-Founder & Owner
I'm Anjel Rosenthal, and I have dedicated my career to serving others through compassionate healthcare. I began my journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2009 and have since expanded my experience as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, and EKG Technician. Since 2019, I have also worked in Human Resources, supporting healthcare professionals while advocating for quality care.
As co-owner of T&G Caring Hands LLP, I combine my clinical knowledge and leadership experience to ensure every client receives personalised, dependable, and compassionate care.
I am passionate about helping seniors and individuals maintain their independence while being treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Our mission at T&G Caring Hands is to provide exceptional home care that enhances quality of life and gives families peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are supported by caregivers who truly care.
Our Story
T&G Caring Hands LLP was established by business partners Glinda Lee and Anjel Rosenthal, inspired by a shared passion for serving others and the lasting influence of their grandmothers. Watching their grandmothers age with grace, strength, and love taught them the importance of compassionate care, dignity, and the comfort of remaining at home surrounded by family.
Those experiences became the heart of the company they dreamed of building together. Recognizing the growing need for dependable, high-quality in-home care within their community and surrounding areas, Glinda and Anjel founded T&G Caring Hands to provide personalized support for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness. They believe everyone deserves the opportunity to age with dignity, maintain their independence, and feel safe in the place they call home.
